Ancient Olive Trees started out farming ancient olive groves in Northern California. As caretakers of these rare and majestic trees, they are uniquely suited to producing only the finest oil. The  extra virgin olive oil offers a core of ripe olive flavor with a slight peppery edge and is the perfect finish to soups, roasted vegetables, pastas, or on its own with a crusty loaf bread.
