The holy-grail of finishing salts. Pure grass fed butter has been reduced to powder form and mixed with fleur de sel. The salt studded french butter melts on your food leaving the most delicious finish to everything it touches. This is quite possibly the best thing you ever tasted. This fleur de sel is traditionally harvested by sauniers off the west coast of France.  


This salt is incredible on:
